Sweet Missions loves this community and is proud to be a community partner. We get excited when we can partner with community events where local organizations are raising funds and awareness for their causes.
Donation requests can be submitted in writing. This includes requests for donations of gift certificates or food/desserts.
To ensure that we can process your request as quickly as possible, please submit your request on your organization’s official letterhead. Also, please include the following information:
- The charitable organization’s full name
- Address
- Phone numbers
- Name of the Contact Person
- Phone Number of the Contact Person
- Tell us about your event (date and how many people will be attending)
- How can our partnership help your organization?
- How will our partnership make a positive influence on our community?
- How will you acknowledge this donation at your event?
- How will Sweet Missions be represented at your event?
- Date the donation is needed
- Purpose of use
Unfortunately, we can’t say “yes” to every request that we receive.
Please accept our apologies if we are not able to help your organization at this time. The organization requesting the donation will be contacted via email, regardless of whether or not the request is approved.
