How To Order Desserts

1.  Browse through our Dessert Options.  Once you've decided what you would like to order, call the cafe (ask for Tricia) with the following information by email: 

  • Which dessert (s) would you like to order?
  • Which day is your order needed?
  • Do you prefer pick up or delivery?  For delivery, what is the address you'd like the order delivered to?  What is the name of the person who will be there to receive the order?
2.  We typically respond quickly during business hours. We always follow up email inquiries with a personal confirmation email so be sure the order is confirmed –  simply submitting a request does not guarantee your order.  Once your order is received we will set up a delivery/pickup time for you. 

3.  Once the delivery/pickup time have been confirmed, an invoice will be sent to you via email and can be paid via credit card by phone or by stopping by the cafe.  All invoices must be paid prior to delivery/pickup.  

 

DELIVERY INFO
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer shipping - only local delivery/pick up in and around the Plant City, FL area. We require at least 24 hours notice for all orders.

We typically try to do our deliveries Monday through Friday from 10AM-3PM.  


DELIVERY PRICING

There is no charge for pick up from our bakery/cafe.  Delivery fees are calculated from the zip code of 33563 and are as follows:

  • $10 (0-5 miles)
  • $20 (6-10 miles)
  • $30 (11-15 miles)
  • $40 (16-20 miles)


REFUND POLICY

No refunds are allowed less than 2 days from desired delivery/pick up date.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your dessert after you receive it, please let us know. It's our mission for you to be truly satisfied!  A full refund will be provided with the return of the entire order.
